After rounding up with my secondary school education one year like that, I knew I needed to work as per pe "ayam nau a big girl 😂".
I wanna make money.
Get the things I desired without asking my parents.
I was feeling that teenage independence but could swear that feeling was tripled for me😂
I applied as a sales attendant at a recharge card outlet.
Was working with those rich bros who'd rather take plantain and egg as breakfast instead of #munukun like beans and bread,rice,eba and the likes.
On a more serious note,how do people survive with food like that 🤷?
Tried forming rich one day and ate those #medenmedenish food as breakfast,ewo ladies and gentlemen, Titilayo was kuku willing,bhet the worms in me ehn.......its like they were created differently from me cos won lack courtesy.
They all conspired against me and "yari kan le" ,as in "won fa ri ga😂".I sha had no choice but to obey them(I'm sure y'all understand). That was how I ate went to get beans and bread o,barely some minutes after the #medenmeden.

So the kids tend to lose cognisance of the time as the time only begins to count when they wake up. So food will be prepared while they bath and get ready for the day and that will take approximately 1hr. So you see, they don't wake up early so they can't eat early. So if you're coming to my house, you better not wake up 6am and start looking for food by 8am, because wahala that I did not do for my kids, I will not do it for one visitor o, make you sef try sleep small and wake up when we wake up make hunger no finish you o...it is not wickedness o, ayamu not wucket!

Some people come from family where rice is being dished in a tray for them to eat to stupor, when that same person visits a home where appropriate portion of food is being served in a plate the person would see it as being wicked or stinginess.

E no reach 5mins I and my siblings don gulp down the tea and eaten the 3slices of bread,we sat and was watching our mother without saying anything..she nearly took 15mins to drink her tea and eat her bread, thinking it will satisfy her..alas when she gulped it down,next thing she said was..Nna eeeh this thing no reach anywhere oo,make Una take another cup,from second cup we entered 3rd cup, No be person tell her make she pack her tea cups and buy us all those big plastic cups then.cheiii

Well, sometimes one getting hungry in a rich man's house is as a result of most times being shy to express yourself that your hungry. You see this rich people they Don't eat much is you that will tell the madam or the oga your hungry but you know most times is not easy coming up with that courage to speak up but when you do its always worth the effort. Because you might be ask to go kitchen prepare what you desires. I have this family member who is living fine too but whenever i visit them breakfast is by 12 and it must be Tea and plaintain toast then lunch is by 4 indomitable and it also serves night so what i usually do is go to the kitchen and get myself a nice cooking and get satisfied. So mostly speaking up is always the problem is not stinginess for some.

Not really all of them. My mums wealthy sister will even over feed you. I stayed with her during lockdown and I do eat as I want. Can never forget going to my maternal uncles house for holiday with big ghana must go bag with my siblings, the man is loaded, on getting there we discovered that my uncles daughter left that same day for holiday to one of their relative place. We endured it but what broke camel back was that the wife went and brought all the rotten beans they kept for God knows when and cook porridge with it, we wet no like beans in the first place. Me village geh that don't drink tea self talk of two slice of bread as how na? Come to his house and you will eat to stupor till you go home, you wont even go home empty handed. And he doesnt discriminate. You eat what he eats and you can even choose a different one. If they want swallow and you want stew rice or diff soup FOR EG., omo it will be brought out for you, microwave and then you will eat to ur satifaction.
There are snacks and drinks too in the refrigerator incase you dont want food or ure a type that like to have snacks in between meals.
The meats sef in the soup can quench hunger bcos the kind of turkey or chicken or fish that is used in those food na wow.
Most times, soup, meat n snacks and drinks is usually what i feed on, to my satisfaction.
That place is where i even tasted Crocodile meat for the first time.
Though I dont really eat much but those that eat much still dey and are well satisfied wen they come too.
